The 30-year-old is one of the most experienced centres in Kazakh basketball. Born in the Akmola Region, Ivanov has played for Tobol, Okzhetpes, Barsy Atyrau, Universitet-Yugra and Caspiy over the course of his career, and has also been called up to the Kazakhstan national team on several occasions.
At 208 cm, Vladimir brings size, strength and a strong presence around the basket, along with valuable experience at a high level.
Ivanov spent last season with Caspiy Aktau, where he was one of the team’s key players. In the Kazakhstan National League, he averaged 15.8 points, 11.0 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.1 blocks per game, with an average efficiency rating of 25.2.
Across all competitions last season, Vladimir averaged 15.7 points and 11.4 rebounds per game.
